These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement that governs our laundry service — if you become a customer, that is a separate written agreement, and section 3 explains how the two fit together.
1. Accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of www.turnkeepers.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms. When we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
2. What this site is
This site describes our commercial laundry and linen service for short-term rental hosts and property managers, and lets you ask us for a quote. It is an invitation to get in touch — not an offer to enter into a contract, and not a booking system.
Nothing on this site is a binding price. Rates depend on the details of your properties, and the figure you receive after we review your request is the one that counts.
3. Quotes and the service itself
Submitting a quote request does not create a service relationship and does not oblige either of us to anything. We may decline a request, and you are free to decline whatever we propose.
If you do become a customer, the service is governed by the separate written agreement we enter into with you — covering scope, schedule, pricing, liability, and termination. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement controls.
4. Using the site responsibly
When you send us information through this site, you agree that:
- The details you give us are accurate, and you are authorized to give them to us — including any property address that is not your own.
- You will not submit anyone else's personal information without their knowledge.
- You will not put sensitive information into the free-text message field. We ask only for what we need to price a route.
- You will not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it at scale, or to gain access to any part of it that is not public.
5. How we will contact you
If you send us a quote request, you agree we may reply to it by phone, email, or text message at the details you gave us. Where you separately agreed to receive marketing, we may also send you promotional messages, and you can stop those at any time.
How that works, and how to opt out, is set out in our privacy policy.
6. Our content
The text, images, layout, logos, and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read and share it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own.
The TurnKeepers name and logo are ours. Any other names or marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners, and appear here for identification only.
7. Other companies' services
This site uses services we do not control. Address suggestions in our forms are provided by Google, and your use of that feature is also subject to Google's own terms. We also link to other websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
8. The site is provided as-is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the site without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This section is about the website. It does not limit any commitment we make to you in a signed service agreement.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits.
Again, this concerns the website. Liability for the laundry service itself is dealt with in the service agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site.
11. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a provision straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. These terms, together with our privacy policy and any signed service agreement, are the whole of the agreement between us about this site.
