TurnKeepers is a commercial laundry service built for short-term rentals, with facilities in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas, Austin, and Washington DC. We also serve Orlando and New York City. We do one thing: return your linen fresh and guest-ready for every checkout, without the scramble.
The brand is new, launched in 2026. The experience behind it is not: TurnKeepers is run by Jorge Rodriguez and Alejandro Chang, who bring 10 years in commercial laundry to every route.
We started because hosts kept describing the same problem: an 11am checkout, a 3pm check-in, and only a few hours to have the property guest-ready again. We built our routes and turnaround times specifically around that window.
